Nutrition facts are an estimation. I did not include tortilla chips, for serving. I did not include the kosher salt that is used for fermenting (since it discarded with the brine), but did include the kosher salt added at the end for seasoning.
Keep in mind that I calculated this for a serving size of 2 tablespoons of salsa - about the perfect amount for topping tacos (and such), but I fully expect that if eating the salsa with chips, as a side/appetizer, that you would usually eat more than 2 tablespoons of salsa.
